The BRS president & minister of the KCR government Mr. KT Rama Raohave announced the Telangana BRS Home Loan Interest Subsidy Scheme. This scheme was announced on 24th November. Through this scheme, the Middle-class families of Telangana state will get interest-free loans to buy or build their houses. Middle-Income Class will be able to buy 1200 square feet to 1500 square feet flats in some selected areas. Through this scheme, if the loan is sanctioned to them, then they do not have to worry about the loan interest amount. Every eligible citizen will get interest subversion benefits. Through this scheme, the Telangana government wants to provide financial support to the middle-class people of Telangana.

The main objective of the state government in launching the Telangana BRS Home Loan Interest Subsidy Scheme is to provide interest-free loans to middle-class families of Telangana state.
