Authorities have already given permission for about 7940 houses to Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts under the Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme. People of the state can apply for the scheme till 10 Aug 2023. Approval for the construction of 4150 houses has been given in the Bhupalpally district. Out of 4150 houses, 2650 houses will be constructed in the Bhupalpally assembly constituency and the left 1500 houses will be built in the Manthani assembly constituency.
The state government approved 3790 houses in the Mulugu district. From the total of 3790 houses, 2590 houses will be constructed for the Mulugu assembly segment and the remaining 1200 houses got approval for the Bahadra challan assembly constituency. All the interested people should go to the local Mandal officers before the last date. The beneficiaries will be selected by 25th August 2023. According to the scheme, 5% reservation will be given to differently-abled persons, 20% reservation to SC, 10% reservation to STs, and 50% reservation to the people who belong to BCs and minorities.
