Process of Registration Tatkal Passport Online
- Firstly, you have to go to the official website of Passport Seva i.e. https://passportindia.gov.in/
- You will land on the home page of the website.
- Then click on the New User Registration option on the home page.
- You will see the User Registration page on the screen.
- Now you have to enter the details on the registration page such as Select Passport Office, Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Email, Login Id, Password, Captcha Code, etc.
- After that you have to click on the ‘Register’ option on the screen.
- By following these steps, you will be able to do the registration process.
Process Application of passport
- Firstly, visit the official website of Passport Seva.
- You will reach on the home page of the website.
- Then log in to your account by entering registered login Id and Password.
- Click on the “Apply for Fresh Passport / Re-issue of Passport” link on the home page.
- You will see the application form on the screen.
- Now, fill the form with all the required details.
- Mak sure you check and Review the details entered in the application form.
- After that you have to click on the Submit option on the screen.
- Then you have to click on the “Pay and Schedule Appointment” link on the “View Saved / Submitted Applications” screen to schedule an appointment.
- Now you have to Complete the payment procedure with the help of the following modes such as Credit / Debit Card (MasterCard and Visa), Internet Banking (State Bank of India (SBI) Associate Banks and Other Banks) and SBI Bank Challan.
- After the successful payment, you have to click on the “Print Application Receipt” link.
- The Application Receipt will show ‘Application Reference Number (ARN)’ and ‘Appointment Number’.
- Then a SMS will be sent on the registered phone number.
- At last, you have to go the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) / Regional Passport Office (RPO) where an appointment has been booked.
- Don’t forget to carry all the required original documents.
