Gujarat Finance Minister Kanubhai Desai has presented the budget of Rs. 1250 Crore for Namo Lakshmi Yojana Gujarat 2024. The students studying in class 9th to class 12th will get the financial assistance of up to Rs. 50,000/-. Under this scheme, girls studying in class 9 and 10 will get financial assistance of Rs. 10,000 per annum and girls studying in class 11 and 12 will get financial assistance of Rs. 15,000. The girls will be provided Rs. 50,000/- for their 4 years of education. Some students from class 9 and 10 will be selected by the state government who will be paid Rs. 500 per month.
