About Noida Authority Plot Scheme
The New Okhla Industrial Development Authority has introduced a scheme named, Noida Authority Plot Scheme 2023. The NOIDA Authority wants to clear all the unsold inventory in the Noida. That the only reason, the NOIDA Authority is coming up with new projects. In Noida Plot Scheme 2023, the authority is offering 4 types of plots that are commercial, industrial, residential plots or group housing. This scheme will cover 400 flats in different sectors. The starting price of these plots & flat is Rs.45 lakh & above. The residential flats will be allotted through a manual draw system to Lower income group (LIG). The apartments for Middle income groups (MIG) and high income groups (HIG) or duplex will be allotted through bidding auction. Apartments are available in Sector 52. 61, 71, 82, 93, 99, 118, 135 etc.
The prices are very affordable as compared to other scheme so go ahead. Interested candidates can opt for this plots that are offered in this scheme from January 02, 2023 to January 31, 2023. The deadline has been extended to February 13, 2023.

- Then on homepage, you have to click on Live Land Allotment Scheme under Citizen Interface Section.
- Now on next page, you have to select Noida Plot Scheme in which you want to apply.
- After that click on ‘Apply Online’ option.
- Search the plot scheme you prefer on the SBI e-tendering portal.
- Fill all the required information in the application form & submit all the required documents.
- Pay the registration fees.
- Now. click on ‘Submit’ button.
- You have successfully applied for Noida Authority Plot Scheme.
