Under this scheme, the beneficiaries can take up to Rs.3 lakh loan facility which they can repay in 10 years. The beneficiaries can get their own house and can reduce the burden of high rents. If you are a resident of Odisha state and you are looking for an affordable housing scheme then you can apply for this Yojana. The beneficiaries can get various options such as higher EMI or no pre-payment charges. This scheme is only for lower-middle-class families in Odisha state. Families who have a monthly income of Rs.25,000 to Rs.70,000 can apply for this scheme. Families living in Kacchha house or 1 pucca room house are eligible for this scheme. Mo Ghara Yojana Odisha Objective

The objective of the Odisha government behind Mo Ghara Yojana is to provide its own house to each & every middle-class family in Odisha state. The individuals who have taken a loan under this scheme can be repaid the loan in 10 years. Individuals can opt for 4 slabs of loan amount – Rs.1 Lakh, Rs.1.5 Lakh, Rs.2 Lakh, & Rs.3 Lakh. The state government will provide capital subsidy to the loan account of beneficiaries on completion of the house. The capital subsidy will be available to vulnerable categories Sc & STs.
