Kalia Beneficiary List Objective
As we all know there are many farmers who are waiting for the next installment of Kalia Yojana. These installments help farmers to relieve themselves from debt traps. Around 42 Lakhs Farmers Got Financial Assistance
The Chief Minister of Odisha Mr. Naveen Patnaik has transferred an amount of Rs. 920 crores in the bank accounts of eligible beneficiaries for providing financial assistance. Around 42 lakhs farmers have been able to get benefits under this initiative. This money can be used by them for purchasing agricultural commodities such as goats, chickens and ducks.
KALIA Scheme New List 2023
On 12th February 2021, Government of Odisha launched the New List Of KALIA Scheme so that the beneficiaries applied under this scheme will be able to track their application status. According to this new list, Rs. 25,000/- will be provided to each family for purchasing various commodities. 0% Loan Assistance
Now the Government of Odisha has come up with the new initiative of providing 0% interest loans to the farmers who have to borrow loans from the banks for carrying out various agricultural activities. Farmers can avail loans upto of Rs. 50,000/- at 0% interest charged on it. This will put emphasis on the development and growth of the Agriculture sector.
KALIA Yojana Second Installment
The respected Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on 11 September 2021 has transferred the second installment under KALIA Yojana. Around Rs. 742.48 Converse has been transferred into the bank account of the beneficiaries through the direct benefit transfer method. The farmers under the scheme will get the installment of Rs. 2000 for the Rabi season. The government has provided the installment to around 37.12 lakh farmers of the state under this scheme. Puri District’s Farmers Got Benefit
On 3rd November 2021, the cherishable Chief Minister of the Odisha state disbursed the assistance of Rs. 33 crores into the account of the farmers belonging to Puri District. Disbursement of Assistance to Over 37 Lakhs Farmers
On 11th September 2021, the respected Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik of the Odisha state disbursed the financial assistance of Rs. 742.58 crores. The financial assistance under KALIA Yojana has provided benefits to over 37 lakh farmers of the state. The Chief Minister said it is one of the best schemes for the Welfare of the farmer as it provides assistance of Rs. 2000 into the bank account of beneficiaries. Along with that the Chief Minister also advised the farmer to work on the advice of the department of agriculture in order to improve the situation caused by low rainfall in August.
KALIA Yojana 57,614 Sharecroppers Get Financial Assistance
As we all know that the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has created Kalia Yojana in order to provide financial assistance among the small and marginal farmers of the state. Kalia Yojana Odisha
Kalia Yojana is also known as Krushak Assistance For Livelihood And Income Augmentation is the scheme that has been launched by the government of Odisha state to provide financial help among the farmers of Odisha. Under this scheme, around Rs. 25,000 per family will be given by the government to the farmers to help them in 5 seasons for purchasing inputs like seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and use the leftover assistance for the labor and other investments.

Kalia Yojana Budget
On 21st December 2018, the Government of Odisha launched a new scheme known as Kalia Yojana to distribute financial help among the farmers of the state. Kalia Yojana Benefits

- Assistance For Cultivation- the government will distribute Rs 25,000 per family to purchase seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and to pay labour fees and other financial investments which are going to be incurred for the Rabi season 2018-19 and onwards. This assistance will be provided to the small and marginal farmers for the five seasons
- Assistance For Livelihood- Rs. 12,500 will be given to the farmers for agricultural activities like Goat rearing, mini layer unit, fishery kits for fisherman, mushroom for cultivation beekeeping duckery units. The preference will be given to the ST & SC category.
- Interest-Free Crop Loan- Up to Rs. 50,000 crop loan will be provided to the vulnerable landless labourer’s cultivators, sharecroppers and Agriculture families. Only the gram panchayat has the authority to identify these agricultural families to develop and grow the agriculture
- Vulnerable Household- Rs. 10,000 will be provided to the farmers who are vulnerable cultivators landless agricultural labourers having disability and diseases.
- Life Insurance For Cultivators and Landless Labourers- The farmer whose age is between 18 to 50 years and having a savings account will get the insurance life cover of Rs 2 lakh at the rate of Rs. 330 out of which Rs 165 will be paid by the government of Odisha.
Kalia Yojana Ineligible Beneficiary
As we all know the Krushak Assistance For Livelihood And Income Augmentation Scheme has been launched by the government of Odisha to provide monetary benefits among the farmers, cultivators, croppers, and landless agricultural laborers.
