Rythu Bharosa Objective
There are many small farmers of Andhra Pradesh who due to weak financial conditions are not able to meet their day-to-day expenses. This situation leads to farmers being in debt. By keeping this in view, the government of Andhra Pradesh has launched YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme. The main objective of launching this scheme is to provide financial help of Rs 13,500 among the farmers of the state. With the help of this scheme, farmers will be able to meet their day-to-day expenses.

Rythu Bharosa Scheme Release Of Third Tranche
The respected chief minister of Andhra Pradesh has released the third installment under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme on 3rd January 2022. Under this scheme, the government has transferred the amount of Rs. 1036 to around 5058489 beneficiaries across the state. The government has transferred the amount from the camp office at Tadepalli. Until now for the past three years, the government has transferred the total amount of Rs. 19812.79 crores into the bank account of the beneficiaries. And for the current financial year, the government has deposited Rs. 6899.67 crores into the bank account of the beneficiaries.
Installment of Rythu Bharosa 2021-22
The chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has recently credited the installment for the year 2021-22 under Rythu Bharosa Scheme. The benefit of this installment will be given to around 52.34 lakh farmers. Around Rs. 3900 crores will directly be transferred into the bank account of farmers. The farmers will get Rs. 7,500 as the first installment for the year 2021-22. The financial assistance will directly be transferred into the bank account of beneficiaries through the direct benefit transfer method.
- The government in the previous year has deposited Rs. 4.40 lakh crore into 54 lakh farmers accounts.

YSR Free Crop Insurance Scheme
YSR Rythu Bharosa Third Installment
As we all know that the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh has created the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme to provide financial assistance to the farmers of the state. Under this scheme, the financial assistance of Rs. 13,500 is given to the farmers every 5 years so as to help them improve their living standards. The first and second installments of Rs. 7,500 and Rs. 4,000 has been transferred on 15th May 2020 and 27th October 2020. Now the third installment under this scheme will directly be transferred into the bank account of beneficiaries on 20th December 2020.
- Around Rs. 1766 crores have been credited directly into the bank account of the beneficiaries.

Rythu Bharosa Assistance for Purchase of Seeds
In a meeting that was held on 22nd April 2020, the special commissioner of the agriculture department provided the financial assistance of Rs. 55,000 will be provided to the farmers of the state under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme. The purpose of providing this financial assistance is for the purchase of seeds for cultivation. All the farmers belonging to SC ST Minority OBC will be rewarded with Rs. 75,000 for cultivating the lands. The beneficiary list will be updated through the offline mode on district administration Gram Panchayat.

YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme Second Installment
The second installment of the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme has been transferred into the bank account of beneficiaries in the month of May. Around Rs. 2,000 has been given to the beneficiaries as the second installment. The government has incurred Rs. 1114.87 crores for the second installment into the bank account of around 50,47,383 farmers. Along with the second installment, the chief minister has also transferred the subsidies for the loss of crops.
YSR Rythu Bharosa First Installment
The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy has transferred the first installment under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme on 15th May 2020. At the time of transferring the installment, the Chief Minister announced that the government wanted to transfer Rs. 75,000 at one time to each beneficiary account but due to the pandemic of covid-19 they only transfer Rs. 2000 as the first installment. With the help of this assistance, farmers will be able to improve their living standards.
- After the transfer of the first installment, the government is planning to transfer the second and the third installment into the bank account of beneficiaries.

Under the first installment, the chief minister has distributed the amount of Rs. 3,928 directly into the bank account of around 52.38 lakh farmers of the state. This installment was the first tranche of the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme for the year 2021-22 which benefited each and every farmer across the state with Rs. 7,500.

YSR Rythu Bharosa Budget
Around Rs. 6534 crore budget has been sanctioned for the successful implementation of the Rythu Bharosa Scheme. Approximately the government has spent Rs. 3675 for the first phase of this scheme. - The candidate must have 5 acres of cultivated land
YSR Rythu Bharosa Ineligible Farmers
The list of ineligible farmers is below:-
- Retired and supersaturated farmers who get a monthly pension of Rs. 10,000 are exclude
- Farmers who pay commercial tax professional tax and GST during the assessment year are not eligible
- Individuals who are farmlands that are convert into house sides aquaculture or any other non-agriculture usage are exclude
- The former, present mayor, chairperson of a municipal corporation are exclude
- Institutional landholders farmer families excluded from this scheme
- Professionals like doctor engineer lawyer chartered accountants are exclude from this scheme
- Individuals who have paid Income tax are exclude from this Rythu Bharosa scheme

- The selection of the candidate depends on newly selected village volunteers
