Release Of Third Installment Under YSR Rythu Bharosa
The respected Chief Minister YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy has released the third installment under this scheme on 3rd January 2022. The third installment of Rs. 1036 crores under YSR Rythu Bharosa have been directly transferred into the bank account of 5058489 beneficiaries. The chief minister of the state has transferred this amount from the camp office at Tadepalli. Until now the total amount of Rs. 6899.67 has been transferred into the bank account of the farmers for the year 2021-22. With the help of this scheme, the farmers will be able to reduce the burden of that from their shoulders.
- Under the first phase of this scheme, around Rs. 6162.45 crores have been provided to 45 lakh farmers of the state.
- The government has also transfer the amount of Rs. 6750.67 as the second installment into the bank account of 49.40 lakh farmers
- Out of this total amount around Rs. 3784.67 crores have been borne by the central government and Rs. 2699 crores have been borne by the state government.

Launching Of Agriculture Budget
For providing social welfare provisions among the farmer communities, Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched the Agriculture Budget for the financial year from 2021-2022. On 21st May 2021, the Chief Minister has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 68,000 crores for the agricultural budget out of which Rs. 17,030 crores have been spent for the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme.
New Update Of Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2023
For providing financial assistance to the farmers communities for purchasing seeds for cultivation, soon the government will start providing Rs. 55,000 to each eligible beneficiary (farmer). This information has been received from the Special Commissioner of the Agriculture Department. Only those farmers will get Rs. 75,000 who fall under the category of ST/SC/OBC/BC/Minority.
Important Guidelines
Some of the important guidelines issued by the AP’s Government are as follows:-
- There will be no restriction or prohibition applied to the farmers holding any size of farming land.
- Farmers carrying farming activities of horticulture and sericulture will have to ensure that they hold 1 acre of farming land for the agriculture activity.
- Only those farmers will be considered eligible for getting benefit under this scheme, who have half-acre of land for the cultivation of Flowers, Vegetables and fodder crops.
Mode Of Transfer
Government will soon transfer the amount of benefit through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) through the banks. For the redressal of grievances soon Grievance Redressal Officers (GROs) will be hired at the RTGS Department. After transferring the amount of benefit into the bank accounts of the eligible beneficiaries soon SMS will be initiated to the Beneficiaries by the Destination banks.
Facilitation Of Subsidy For Crop Damage
For providing the insurance of the crop damage or failure among the farmers who have faced the crop failure difficulties, the Government will provide an input subsidy of Rs. 645.99 crores to the eligible farmers. This decision has been made by the Chief Minister of the Andhra Pradesh State Mr. YRS Jagan Mohan Reddy while considering the financial condition of the farmers who have faced crop-failure.
Helpdesk Facility
The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh state has provided a Helpdesk facility for the farmers having problems/queries/grievances/complaints. One can dial the 1902 helpline number for getting solutions to their queries. It will receive only 1 call at one time otherwise in case the helpline is busy then the applicant/beneficiary can also visit the Regional Gram Panchayat Office for getting help and support.
Agriculture Budget For The Year 2021-22
As we all know that the Chief Minister YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy always took great initiative in providing welfare schemes among the agricultural sector of the state. Again the budget of Rs. 68,000 crore for the year 2021-22 has been sanctioned on Thursday 21st May 2021 despite all the pandemic conditions. Out of Rs. 68,000 crore, Rs. 17,030 crore will be provided for YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme as compensation for the crop lost. Rs. 17,430 have been allocated for supplying the free power to the agriculture sector.
- The government has provided Rs. 1,224 crore to the micro irrigation sectors.
- Other allocation of Rs. 688 crore and Rs 960 crore for waving Interest-Free Loans and Paddy Procurement Dues.
Second Installment Of Rythu Bharosa Scheme
The Government of Andhra Pradesh is all set to release the second installment under this scheme on 26th October 2021. The amount will directly be transferred into the bank account of the beneficiaries. Along with that, the government is also going to provide the benefit amount under YSR zero interest loan and yantra Seva scheme on 26 October 2021. The government will invest a total amount of Rs. 2190 crores in the above-mentioned scheme. The second installment under the scheme will be provided to around 50 lakh farmers across the state. Release Of First Installment Under YSR Rythu Bharosa 2021-22
As we told you above, the financial assistance under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme for the year 2021-22 is soon going to release by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy. Now today on Thursday 13th May 2021 the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh has released the first tranche of assistance under the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme. The amount of this financial assistance has directly been transferred into the bank account of the farmers. Around 52,38,517 farmers benefited from the financial assistance. This was the quite grateful step that has been taken by the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh to help the farmers financially.
- The first tranche of financial assistance to the farmer has been done on the 13th of May 2021.

Installment Of Rythu Bharosa
The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy has decided to provide the first installment of the Rythu Bharosa Scheme for the financial year 2021-22. The announcement has been made by the Chief Minister in a recent cabinet meeting. He also stated that the credit process will begin on 13 May 2021. The Installment Of Rythu Bharosa will directly be transferred into the bank account of beneficiaries. This amount will help farmers to increase crop productivity for the financial year 2021-22.
- Last year the government had distributed around Rs. 4.40 lakh into the bank account of 54 lakh farmers.

Third Installment Of YSR Rythu Bharosa
YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme has been launched by the government of Andhra Pradesh to provide Rs. 13,500 every 5 years to the farmers for financial help. Under this scheme, the government has already transferred the first and second installments of Rs. 7,500 and Rs. 4,000 on 15th May 2020 and 27th October 2020.
- Now the last and third installment of the year 2020 under this scheme has been transferred by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on 28 December 2020.
- Around Rs. 1766 crore have been credited directly into the bank account of farmers.
- Out of which, Rs. 1120 crore was for the third installment of Rythu Bharosa.
- And Rs. 646 crore was for the under-investment subsidy to the farmers for the October cyclone

New Update Of YSR Rythu Bharosa
The special commissioner of the agriculture department in a meeting that was held on 22 April 2020 announced that the financial assistance of Rs. 55,000 will be provided to the farmers for the purchase of seeds for cultivation. The farmers belonging to the categories such as ST/SC/Minority/OBC will be rewarded with Rs. 7,500 for cultivating the lands. The list of eligible farmers will be displayed through the offline mode on district administrative Gram Panchayat.

First Installment Under Rythu Bharosa Scheme
On 15th May 2020, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh transferred the first installment under Rythu Bharosa Scheme. While transferring the first installment under this scheme the Chief Minister YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy announced that the government wanted to transfer Rs. 75000 at one time to each beneficiary account. But due to the pandemic of covid-19, they only would be able to transfer Rs. 2,000 as the first installment under the scheme.

- Institutional landholders farmer families excluded from this scheme
