WBMDFC stands for West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation and it is a state government body. Eligibility Criteria For WBMDFC Scholarship
Pre-matric scholarships
- The applicant should be the permanent domicile of West Bengal state.
- The applicants must be a student of class 1st to 10th.
- Applicants must have secure 50% marks in previous year final exam.
- Applicant family income should be less than 2 lakhs per annum.
Post-matric scholarships
- The applicant should be the permanent domicile of West Bengal state.
- The applicants must be a student of class 11th to 12th.
- Applicants must have secure 50% marks in previous year final exam.
- Applicant family income should be less than 2 lakhs per annum.
Merit-cum-Means scholarship for professional and Technical course
- The applicant should be the permanent domicile of West Bengal state.
- Applicant should be a student at graduation, post graduation level or at technical/ professional level courses.
- Applicants must have secure 50% marks in previous year final exam.
- Applicant family income should be less than 2.5 lakhs per annum.

Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means scholarship
- The applicant should be the permanent domicile of West Bengal state.
- Applicant should be a student a higher secondary students or at graduation, post graduation level or at technical/ professional level courses.
- Applicants must have secure 50% marks in previous year final exam.
- Applicant family income should be less than 2.5 lakhs per annum.
- Student doing M.Phil courses and Doctral courses from state aided institution are eligible.

Procedure For Applying For WBMDFC Scholarship
- Firstly, You have to visit the official website.
- On homepage click on student area option.

- After this click on fresh registration option.

- Now select the district of your institute.

- After this the application form will open.
- Fill the application form by entering your details such as name, father’s name email id etc.
- Click on submit button.
- Fill the scheme eligibility criteria column.
- Click on submit and proceed button.
- After this your user ID and password will generate.
- Login using your user id and password.
- Fill the basics information.
