Mukhyamantri Anila Bhagya Scheme was started by the state government of Karnataka In this scheme government is providing Free LPG connection, double gas burner stoves, and two cylinders to the beneficiaries of Anila Bhagya Scheme. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for this scheme by filling out an online/offline registration form. After submitting the form the government will take around 30 days to process the application. Only BPL Card holders can take benefit from this scheme. If you are already getting the advantage of PM Ujjwala Yojana then you cannot apply for Anila Bhagya Scheme Karnataka. Around 5 lakh BPL families in Karnataka will get the benefit of this scheme. The main objective to start is scheme is to provide LPG connection to BPL card holders. With the help of the Free LPG scheme in Karnataka the BPL Card holder will also get access to clean fuel. • Beneficiaries of this scheme will be chosen by district level selection and monitoring committee overseen by the Minister in charge of the district.
• The list of the resident who do not have ration card for non-gas holder will be receive by the district level selection and monitoring committee.
• The Member Secretary will calculate the number of beneficiaries by following the same method used to calculate the Phase 1 target for the district.
• Phase 1 beneficiaries will be chosen by the MLAs according to the guidelines of MMABY and hand overs the target list FPS wise.
• If MLA is unable to select the list of Phase 1 beneficiaries within 1 week then the district Selection Committee recommends the authority to finalize the phase 1 beneficiaries list.
• The Beneficiaries List of Financial Year 2017–18 has been decided by the Forest Department. The RFO would be in charge of entering their applications in the Common Application Form as a result.

• All Phase-I applicant must have to provide their Aadhar number at the service kiosk and confirm that their home has a gas connection.
• The applicants have to select the gas agency located there.
• After the application finished the qualified Phase 1 beneficiaries will receive an endorsement, that the applicant is qualified to submit an MMABY application.
• Every beneficiary will receives a photocopy of the cheque as well as the list of beneficiaries via FI. The beneficiary has to gives the LPG distributor the completed application form, the MMABY acknowledgement, a photocopy of the cheque, and the release order.
• The distributor will release the SV to the beneficiary after getting clearance from the OMCs, and fill the Beneficiaries details in the Web Portal of FCS software using Login id and password.
