The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has launched AP Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme for the people of Andhra Pradesh state. Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh launched this scheme on January 18, 2022.Under this scheme, the government will conduct a comprehensive resurvey program in an organized way to store the records of Andhra Pradesh land in digital form. After the survey, the process of registration of Awak/Village Secretariat land will be started. The government will also distribute the QR code based smart title cards to the owners of the land. The statewide exercise will start on December 21. The Chief Minister has asked the officials to have the best security exposure to the digital data of land.

The main objective of Andhra Pradesh government to launch this scheme is to store land records in digital form and to seize the duplicate land registration process. By having land records in digital form, no one can tampered the land records. Because of this scheme, no one can make any changes in land records without the land owner’s knowledge. This scheme will also increase digitalization in the state. The government will conduct a comprehensive re-survey program in an organized way to store the records od Andhra Pradesh land in digital form. QR code based smart title cards will also distributed to the owners of the land.

Eligibility Criteria

- The applicant who is applying should be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh state.

The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has launched Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme. There is no need to apply for this scheme as the government will accordingly do the survey of the Andhra Pradesh land on their own. The land of all citizens will be covered under 3 phases.
