The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh state Shri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has launched Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme for the people of Andhra Pradesh state. Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh launched this scheme on December 21, 2021. Through this scheme, the Andhra Pradesh government will waive off all the loans along with interest that are taken on the government sanctioned houses of Andhra Pradesh. Now, the candidates can get the full right on the property as the loan has been waived off. In order to avail the full benefit of this scheme, the inheritor has to pay a nominal fees of Rs.10,000 in villages, Rs.15,000 in Municipality & Rs.20,000 in Municipal corporations. As according the latest data, this scheme will benefit almost 5.2 million peoples of Andhra Pradesh state.

Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme Objective
The government of Andhra Pradesh state has released Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme with the objective to give people relief from loan and interest that is sanctioned by government on their government houses. After this scheme has been successfully implemented the government will give full rights to the owners of the government sanctioned houses. The beneficiaries will get the ‘freehold rights’ on the house in place of previous dwelling rights. Beneficiaries will also be provided with the registration documents. They just had to pay Rs.10 only for the registration. The government will waive off Rs. 10 thousand crore amount.
