Procedure to Register on the IGRS Telangana Portal
- First, the candidate has to visit the official website of the Registration & Stamp Department which is registration.telangana.gov.in
- Then on the homepage screen, click on the “Log in” option.
- The login page will open from where he/she has to choose the “New user register” option.
- Then the registration form will open. Fill in all the required details like name, Gender, D.O.B, Mobile number, Email Id, Password & Captcha code.
- Click on the “Register” option.
- Now, you will receive an “OTP” on your registered mobile number.
- Fill in the “OTP” in the given space.
- You have successfully applied for the IGRS portal.
IGRS Telangana Procedure to View Registration Fees
- First, the candidate has to visit the official website of the Registration & Stamp Department which is registration.telangana.gov.in
- Then on the homepage screen, click on “Property Registration”
- A new page will appear. Choose the “registration charges”
- After that again choose the ‘registration charges’ option & information will be shown on your screen.

- A new page will appear. Choose the “registration charges”
- Now choose the ‘Stamp duties’ option & information will be shown on your screen.
Procedure to Search Market Value on IGRS Telangana
- First, the candidate has to visit the official website of the Registration & Stamp Department that is registration.telangana.gov.in
- Then on the homepage screen, click on “Market value search”
- After that, a new page will appear. Fill in the required information such as non-agricultural rates, land value or apartment, district, Mandal, and Village.
- Click on ‘Submit’ button & now you are done.

- Then on the homepage screen, click on “slot booking for citizens” which is available under the online service.
- Click on it & a new page will appear. Fill in the ‘Login Details’.

- Then on the homepage screen, click on “Prohibited property” which is available under the online service.
