The Delhi Development Authority has introduces DDA Phase III Festival Special Housing Scheme 2024. This comes after the success of 2023 Scheme These flats will be allocated as a first come and first serve basis. The location of the flats are being offered in Narela, Jasola, Rohini, Sirsapur and Loknayak Puram. Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Low-Income Groups (LIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), High-Income Group (HIG), Super High-Income Group (SHIG) and luxury flats are categorized in the DDA Special Housing Scheme and the registration process will be online. The DDA is offering 15 percent discount on LIG flats at Ramgarh Colony and MIG (2BHK) flats in selected Narela locations (Sector A1-4, Pocket 1A, 1B and 1C).

- Around 7931 EWS and LIG flats in Pocket 11, Sector G-7 are there in Narela. The LIG flats with a plinth area of 50 sq.m are priced at Rs. 25.2 Lakh. The price for EWS flats in Narela is fixed at Rs. 14 Lakh with a plinth area of 35 sq.m.
- The DDA is offering 15 percent discount on LIG flats at Ramgarh Colony and MIG (2BHK) flats in selected Narela locations (Sector A1-4, Pocket 1A, 1B and 1C). There are 211 flats on offer at Ramgarh colony near Jahangirpuri Metro station. The MIG flats price in Narela are at Rs. 85 Lakh.
- There are 8 HIG flats at Jasola within the price range of Rs. 2.08-2.18 Crores and 838 LIG flats at Rohini between the price range of Rs. 14.1-14.24 Lakh are available.
- 107 LIG Flats at Sirsapur between the price range of Rs. 17.4-17.7 Lakh and 89 LIG Flats at Loknayak Puram between the price range of Rs. 27-28.5 lakh are available under DDA Housing Scheme.
