About Tamil Nadu Grains Portal 2024
Tamil Nadu Grains Portal was introduced by Tamil Nadu state government for the farmers of the state. In this portal farmer will get all the farms related scheme details at one place so they do not have to visit any government for taking the advantage of any agriculture sector intiatives. This portal will allow farmer to take advantage of many government initiatives such as Crop loans, incentives for paddy and sugarcane, relief assistance under the state disaster response Fund and etc. The agriculture department is also planning to increase the services to all the 385 block Agriculture Extension Centers in 37 districts nest year. The department has also decided to open e- Seva Kendras in 385 agriculture extensions center in association with Tamil Nadu e-governance Agency. The department has also started WhatsApp group which farmers can join to exchange technology, market place, machine related information.
