About Swami Vivekananda Yuvashakti Yojana 2024
The Chief Minister of Karnataka state Mr.Basavaraj Bommai has launched Swami Vivekananda Yuvashakti Yojana for the youth of Karnataka state. This scheme aims to empower youth of rural and urban area by providing financial assistance and various skills training. This scheme is for all the sections including SC/ST of Karnataka state. The government will provide training to 10 lakh people & then they will make Self Help Groups (SHGs). The government will give Rs.1.50 lakh to each group so that they can create job opportunities in that particular area. These groups can take up to 5 lakh rupees from bank.

The main objective of government of Karnataka state to start Swami Vivekananda Yuvashakti Yojana is to empower youth of Karnataka state. Under this program, the Karnataka government is giving skill training to youth of Karnataka. After that they will create SHGs to create employment opportunities which instantly reduces the unemployment rate of Karnataka state. Swami Vivekananda Yuvashakti Scheme Eligibility Criteria
To get benefited by this yojana, the candidate has to complete the written below eligibility-
- The applicant who is applying should be a permanent resident of Karnataka state.
- The candidate must have a domicile of Karnataka state.
- Applicant’s age must be between 18 years to 29 years.
- The Self Help Groups (SHGs) will only have minimum 10 or maximum 20 members.
- Proper qualification has been required to be a member of the Self Help Groups.
