About Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Scheme 2024
The Government of India has launched a new fellowship scheme in order to motivate the students of the country. This scheme is for the students who are enrolled in B.Sc./ B.S./ B.Stat./ B.Math./ Int. M.Sc./ Int. M.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, etc. With the help of the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Scheme, the students of the country will be able to pursue their higher education without worrying about any financial hurdles. Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Scheme Objectives 2024
As you all know that there have been many successful scientists in our country, whose discoveries have made our life happy today. To encourage the youth of our country towards science and to create an interest in science in them, the government has operated a scheme known as Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Scheme. Eligibility Criteria Of Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Scheme
The eligibility criteria of this scheme are right here:-
- Stream SA: 10th standard passed applicants with 75% (65% for SC/ ST/ PWD) marks in aggregate in mathematics and science subjects and take admission in 11th standard are eligible to apply for the Aptitude test. Fellowship will be entitled only when they take admission in B.Sc./ B.S./ B.Stat./ B.Math./ Int. M.Sc./ Int. M.S. after securing 60% (50% for SC/ ST/ PWD) marks in 12th board examination from Science subjects.
- Stream SX: Applicants who are in 12th standard with Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics & Biology subject leading to pursue BSc./ B.S./ B.Stat./ B.Math./ Int. M.Sc./ Int. M.S. courses are also eligible to apply for aptitude tests. Conditionally the applicant must secure75% (65% for SC/ ST/ PWD) marks in aggregate in mathematics and science subjects in 10th standard board examination. Fellowship will be entitled only when they take admission in B.Sc./ B.S./ B.Stat./ B.Math./ Int. M.Sc./ Int. M.S. after securing 60% (50% for SC/ ST/ PWD) marks in 12th board examination.
- Stream SB: students who are in 1st year in B.Sc./ B.S./ B.Stat./ B.Math./ Int. M.Sc./ Int. M.S. and must secure 60% (50% for SC/ ST/ PWD) marks in 12th board examination are also eligible to apply.
- The students must be a PwD/ SC/ ST candidate.
