- Voter id card of Haryana state – A voter id card is also necessary as it is also proof that the farmer is a resident of Haryana state.
- Bank account details – As the subsidy amount will be directly deposited into the bank account of the farmer. The state government will transfer the subsidy amount through DBT mode.
- Ration card – The farmer must have a ration card for this scheme.

- Firstly, you have to visit the official website of the Haryana Solar Inverter charger scheme that is saralharyana.gov.in
- Then on the homepage, you have to register as a new user. You will see an option “Register here” click on it.
- After clicking, a new page will appear. Fill in the required information like name, phone number, email, etc. on the registration page. Fill in the captcha code asked.
