Objective of E Shram Card
The objective of government to launch e shram card is to improve the life of workers working in unorganized sector. This card will provide social security services to those workers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Those who have already taken the first credit amount of E – Shram they are already eligible for second payment.
- Worker must be from unorganized sector.
- Age of the worker should be 16 years to 59 years.
- The applicant must not be a member of EPFO / ESIC or NPS.

E Shram Card 2nd Installment Balance Check through Mobile
- You can call on the toll free number or directly visit the bank to receive a passbook entry.
- You can also check the status by visiting the official website or app of the Umang App. You can easily download Umang App from play store.
- Firstly, download the app.
- Then click on the application & register yourself by making the account on the app.
- After that, you will be prompted to generate an MPIN number, create & then click on continue option.
- Check the PFMS (Public Financial Management System) option & click on the application.
- Now, on next page click on ‘Know your payment status’.
- A new page will open. Enter the associated bank name, bank account number, mobile number & then click on ‘Submit’ option.
- After that required information will be shown on your screen.

- Firstly, visit the Official Website.
- Then on homepage, click on Login or Register option.
- You can create your account by providing your mobile number & entering captcha code.
- After creating the account, you have to log in.
- After logging into your account, click on ‘Know your Payment Link’ option.
- A new page will open.
- Here you have to enter the associated bank name, bank account number, and mobile number & then click on ‘Submit’ option.
- After that required information will be shown on your screen.
