A new scholarship has been launched by the government in order to provide free coaching to the students of the state. Under this scheme, the financial assistance of Rs. 2500 per month will be provided to the students of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and economically weaker section society. The main aim of launching the Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Scheme is to provide free of cost coaching so that they could build their future without worrying about any financial hurdles. This scheme is quite important for the girl’s students as they can avail the benefit of various competitive exams. All the students who want to apply under this scheme will have to pass their class 10th and 12th with good marks from Delhi schools.

Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Scheme 2024 Objective
As we all know there are many scheduled caste scheduled tribe students who due to their weak financial condition and high fees in private institutions are not able to prepare for the examination like engineering medical coaching. By keeping this in mind the Delhi government has launched Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Scheme. Under this scheme, the free of cost coaching will be provided to the talented students of the SC-ST category to pass the competitive examination. Through this scheme, the student will get encouragement to move forward in the field of education.

Coaching Will Soon Start Under Free Coaching Scheme
As you all know Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana has been started to provide coaching to the students of ST, SC, and OBC categories. Under this scheme, coaching is going to start again through offline and online classes. This decision was taken in a meeting organized by the SC/ ST/ OBC Welfare Department. This meeting was held on 18 June 2021. The meeting was organized under the chairmanship of department minister Rajendra Pal Gautam. Other senior officers and secretaries of the SC ST OBC Welfare Department were also present in this meeting. The possibilities of starting classes again under the Delhi Free Coaching Scheme were discussed in the meeting.
Free Coaching Scheme Online & Offline Classes

And if it is possible to start the offline classes and coaching should be started under the monitoring committee to ensure that there should be no problem. Delhi Free Coaching Scheme Features
The features of the scheme are as follows:-

- With the help of this scheme, the students of SC and ST category will be able to take the coaching classes.
- The coaching for the various competitive exams like doctor, engineer and medical will be provided to these category students.
- This scheme is only for Scheduled Caste (Sc) and Scheduled Tribe (St) students.
- Students of Delhi can take advantage of Chief Minister Jai Bhim Pratibha Vikas Yojana 2022 only twice.
- Under this scheme, the annual family income of the applicant should not exceed 6 lakhs. Those with annual income more than 6 benefits cannot take advantage of this scheme.
- The government will give all the cost of coaching to those SC/ST students whose family annual income is less than 2 lakhs.
- Those students who are registering for the first time in जय भीम मुख्यमंत्री प्रतिभा विकास योजना, the annual income of the family of those students is between 2 lakh to 6 lakh, then the government will bear 75% of the cost of coaching for those students, the remaining expenses will have to be given to the student only.
- On applying for the second time, the Delhi government will bear only 50% of the expenditure.
- After the application, the students will have to visit the coaching center everyday. If the student is absent for more than 15 days without any valid reason, then he cannot become eligible for this scheme.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria under Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Scheme for the institute are as follows:-
- The coaching institute should be registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860/ or Companies Act 2013.
- The Coaching Institute should have 3 years experience.
- The institute should be fully functional for a minimum duration of 3 years with 100 students in the course.
- The institute should have a proper infrastructure
