Procedure to Apply for a New Passport through the mPassport Seva

Firstly, you have to download the mPassport Seva app available for Android or iOS.

Then the app will be successfully installed.
After that the app will open on the screen.
Then you will see the dashboard of the app in front of you.
Now, clicked on the New User Register option.
After that, select the Passport Office option on the screen.
Then a new page will open on the screen.
After that enter all the required details such as name, working email ID, date of birth, etc
Then enter the unique login ID and a strong password
If you forgot the password then to recover it choose a security question and response
Now, enter the captcha code in the space given.
After that click on the Submit option on the screen.
Then you will receive a verification link to the specified email address to activate the account.
Now new page will open on the screen.
Click on the verification link on the screen.
After clicking you will be asked to provide login ID as confirmation.
After that stop using the app and then relaunch it after the account has been validated.
Now, you have to click on the Existing User option.
You will see a new page on the screen.
After that enter the Login ID, password, and the captcha code in the space given.
Then click on Apply for a fresh passport option on the screen.
