- Firstly visit the official website of Sanchar Sathi
- A homepage will appear on your screen
- On the homepage click navigate through the citizen centric services.
- Click on citizen centric service, a new page will appear on your screen
- On this page click on report suspected fraud communication tab
- A new page will appear, on this review the Chakshu Disclaimer and click on continue for reporting tab
- The next page will appear on your screen
- On this page enter the type of fraud you have faced
- Select all information and enter all details carefully based on the suspicious call/fraud.
- Now attach supporting documents
- Enter personal details
- Enter the captcha code carefully and click on verify mobile via OTP tab.
- Enter the one time password (OTP) sent on your registered mobile number
