Thekedar Saksham Yuva Scheme:- The government of Haryana has launched a wonderful scheme for the youth who are unemployed. Youth between the ages of 21 to 35 years can apply for this scheme. By taking a further step, the Government has initiated a Mission @ 60,000 to provide more employment opportunities and the government has also launched the portal of Thekedar Saksham Yuva Scheme. Thekedar Saksham Yuva Scheme 2024
Chief Minister of Haryana State Shri Manohar Lal has announced this Thekedar Saksham Yuva Scheme for youth. Under this scheme, the government will provide special training of 3 Months to 10,000 youths holding diplomas and degrees in Engineering. This initiative will also provide self-employment for the youth. The training related to engineering will be provided in the first half of the training period which includes preparing layout plans, understanding and implementing detailed drawings, technical calculations, and maintaining quality. The remaining half of the training period will be the practical training for various departments at civil work sites. The certificates will also be provided after completing the training period based on which the youth can receive construction work of up to Rs. 25 Lakh from various government departments.

Objectives of Thekedar Saksham Yuva Scheme
The objectives of the scheme are as follows:
- The primary objective of the scheme is to make the youth developed and skilled.
- Another objective is to provide employment to diploma and degree engineering holders.
- This scheme aims at the development of youth skills to make them independent.
- This aims to provide an allowance and stipend to the eligible youth.
