YEIDA enables people of the UP state to buy plots for themselves. At the time of submitting the application through the official website of Authority, it is necessary for an individual to deposit 10% of the plot’s total cost. Preference will be given to those who will pay all the amount at same time. After that, people who will pay 50% at once and rest in instalments will be given priority for the allocation of the plot.
